Definitely, we can control the rate at which we age. It is all in the mind Let go of worries and embrace solitude.
Everybody wants to feel young always. Even when they get to the old age but they don’t practice what would make them feel young.
As they say age is just a number. To be honest I use to be scared with growing old but now not so much. It is not growing old per say but the fact that I may not age gracefully. Well got to make sure that it does not happen. If I grow old with a purpose I am ok with it.
We need to be positive as always. The power of positivity comes from within.
Mind over matter really makes or breaks one’s ideas about aging. We really are all going to grow old someday and how we take care of ourselves and have a healthy mindset about it will really make us young despite getting older.

Looking young starts from within. You are what you eat. So start eating healthy food and starts exercising. Havea healthy mind and heart and everything will reflect perfectly.
